Around 8 years ago (in my pre-whisky days) I was vacationing in Southern England and my wife picked up a bottle of Cock of the North. It has sat in the back of a cupboard since then. Every once and a while I am tempted to open it and try it.
What is a Whisky Liqueur?? Is it best served neat or on ice? I've been tempted to inflict it on my guests but haven't built up the courage yet. Are there any redeeming qualities or should it sit in the cupboard?
