The Provenance range from Douglas Laing tend to be of younger ages than the OMC range. The whisky tending to be 15yo or younger, however there is normally a bottle of Port Ellen around 21 or 22 years. This range is bottled at 46% as opposed to the usual 50% for the OMC and natural strength for the Platinum range. The provenance bottles are all limited and will state on the label how many casks were bottled. Most are single casks however there maybe as much as 3 casks vatted in some bottlings.
Port Ellen 22yo
Caol Ila 12yo
Blair Athol 12yo.
