The bottle was almost 'decanter' like, with matt black gloss. The whisky was titled "Cutty Sark Golden Jubilee".
But it looked like the 'jubilee' was a reference to Queen Victoria!
Can anybody tell me more ? Especially, does it contain any 50 yo malt ?

What specifically makes you think that?

Doubtful--I would assume it's a commemorative bottling in honor of QEII's Golden Jubilee (50 years since coronation) a few years ago. The contents of such commemoratives are rarely anything special, and when they are, they make a point of letting you know about it. But I am making general observations without any knowledge of this specific bottle.
I found this.
Cutty Sark, Golden Jubilee Decanter (Queen Victoria)
Taken from whiskies blended 12-13 years ago and containing some malts over 50 years old, this is naturally golden in colour, very elegant with a rich, fruity nose. A good alternative to the finest Cognac.

Golden Jubilee is a majestic Scots Whisky, rich and golden in colour, which has been matured in oak casks for many, many years to reach perfection. Each whisky that makes up Golden Jubilee has been carefully selected from Berry Bros & Rudd's private reserves in Scotland and then bottled in a faithful replica of a traditional 19th century bottle taken from their own historic collection.
Golden Jubilee is the ultimate gift and a celebratory whisky for the connoisseur.

Heavenhill New Zealand in 2000! No wonder we do not know it on this side of the planet. The figurine in the background of the picture is picturing Queen Victoria.
PS A bit late to celebrate HM Queen Victorias Golden Jubilee which was in 1896??!
