One quart of strawberries sliced then glazed with sugar (to taste). After an hour in the refrigerator add two ounces of Caol Ila 12, pour 8- 10 tablespoons of vanilla pudding on top stir and serve in pafait cup with a glass of the Caol Ila to accompany the strawberries. Whipped cream and sprinkle of chocolate on top optional.
The whisky really kicked it up a notch and i love food that affects you, like a spicy soup or that curried dish that you can't eat fast enough even though it's making you sweat profusely.

Much to my delight, it also went very well with an Avocado-Maguro salad I had over the weekend.
