The Whisky Agency

Postby glenesk » Sun Dec 05, 2010 12:51 pm

I have recently come across bottlings of The Whisky Agency (I've seen them on The Whisky Exchange website). Can anyone give me any information about The Whisky Agency, where they are based, a bit of history etc. There are many independent bottlers, where do they stand in that league? Thank you in anticipation, Dave.

Carsten Erlich is also the organiser of Limburg. I have tried a few of whiskies bottled under this label and they were quite good

Indeed, the bottles they offer a very good quality/price ratio.
Carsten is also involved in the Whisky Fair bottlings.

An interview with Carsten about the whisky agency and whisky fair should be published soon at http://www.whisky-news.com

Didn't taste a bad bottling from them. Sadly, the best one are also the most difficult to find!

tried quite a few of his bottlings and have a few in my collection. Pretty high standard. And he is a great guy! And as Steffan mentioned also one of the organisators of the Limburg whisky fair. He knows and loves his whisky!
