I have one of the 'Highland' Red label bottles full to shoulder.
Appointed to Late King George V, Cork sealed with lead tag.
I also have a A4 sized magazine advertisement framed in pale oak with the exact same bottle featured, date being 1940 if I remember right. One of the working series adverts, this one depicting navy ships at sea.
The magazine page I bought and framed, the bottle of Whisky I bought from a house clearance some years back.
Can anyone tell me anything about it?
Not looking to sell these items but am interested in anything you guys can tell me as well as any potential vaklue though I am aware that it is at the end of the day a 'blended'.

Well, apparently you can get it for £199 - better value than a right arm (or a left!)

Hi, Yes I will put a pic on.
I know what you mean Richard, that bottle was in shocking condition! Mine is perfectly sealed. It was in an old lady's drink cabinet for decades, I bought it from her daughter after they cleared the house.
In ebay of all places LOL!
