Three specials from Glengoyne

Postby Sally Toms » Mon Nov 28, 2005 1:01 pm

Glengoyne is meeting enthusiasts’ growing demand with the addition of a range of three new limited edition single cask malts to its portfolio.

The Glengoyne 19 year old, a refill sherry cask, has a nose of wild flowers, butter and cider apples. It has a rich palate of vanilla fudge and banana.

The 32 year old expression was matured in white rioja casks and has been limited to 328 bottles. The nose has been described as roses, sweet vanilla and red apples. It has a syrupy palate and a long, dry finish.

Stocks of the new 37 year old have also been limited to just 246 bottles. This whisky has a sweet nose and a warm mouth-feel with hints of pepper and cocoa, with a medium to long finish.
