Glen Kirk Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Postby ChloeLeighton » Tue May 01, 2012 4:21 pm

Charles Hamilton Ltd has launched a new single malt whisky range. Three editions of Glen Kirk have been released: a standard aged version, an eight years old and the twelve years old completes the series. The packaging is distinctive with each age styled in its own striking colour enhanced with a rich gold finish. The bottles are displayed for sale in matching, attractively designed cylindrical cartons.

The Glen Kirk range is aimed at the discerning drinker who is looking for the opportunity to try excellent Speyside single malt whiskies and appreciate the nuances of taste differences at various ages of maturation.

Duncan Baldwin, Senior Brand Ambassador stated: "The Glen Kirk product range is designed to encourage experimentation of classic Speyside flavour characteristics such as the rounded, gentle and sweet notes of the standard edition to the nutty and mellow style of the eight years old and the lush and creamy texture of the twelve years old expression."

The range is bottled at 40% vol and packaged in cases of 6 x 70cl clear glass bottles with individual cartons.

The new launches will be available in key European, Duty Free and selected world markets. Typically, the range will retail for around £21 per bottle for the standard edition, £25 for the eight years old and £29 for the twelve years old version in the UK domestic market and Euros 25, 30 and 35 respectively in Europe.
