Saints alive - Welsh whisky!

Wales has re-established its whisky heritage, as the country is launching a new whisky to mark St David’s Day (March 1st).
Penderyn, made in the village of the same name, is the first new whisky from Wales since the last distillery closed some 100 years ago.
Just 6,000 bottles have been produced using Welsh water. The whisky was matured in bourbon casks, and finished in rare Madeira barrels.
It was distilled in a single still and will retail for £29.99 ($50).
