Scotch Whisky In The Summer...

Postby jamiehawkespersonal » Fri Nov 15, 2013 9:40 am

What is everyone's opinion on how to best enjoy a Johnnie Walker Red Label Scotch Whisky in the summer months? Cocktails? On the rocks? other ideas?

Oh.... i'm not a big red label fan... but on that similar type of whisky brands, in my humble opinion and not so vast experience, if it was during the day, like a light thing before eating or in the afternoon I would say with 3 cubes of ice and soda water. (I don't know whats the name in english, but I think its that.. something like perrier i think. here in Portugal we have Água de Castelo which is quite good for that purpose)

at night probably on the rocks. I never put too much ice... 2/3 cubes...4 if the whisky is not so good and there is nothing else available
