George stagg

Hi everybody ! What is your opinion on George t.. Stagg bourbon? Just got a bottle
Actually was the last one at this store! Rumors say it is good hard to find and all I want to know is if it is worth to try or ill keep it for my collection?

1. It was MADE to drink.
2. It's a VERY tasty whiskey, indeed.
3. You'd be depriving yourself of a delicious taste experience if you socked the bottle away.

I've tried it various ways, from straight-up (small sips are the way to go if you choose this option) to diluted with water (not too much, though) to on-a-rock in the heat of the summer. A flavour profile unlike any other spirit.

thanks a lot guys .i am a single malt lover but i have been reading so much about this buffalo trace collection that i really want to try it. i purchase this George Stagg and i can actually get the william large weller also for $68. again is it also worth to try? thanx again everyone . :D

I've never tried it and this makes me what to drink it. There's a lot of self indulgent waffle in whisky circles. Nice to see someone just get straight to the point.
