Springbank CV

Postby Fscott » Thu Jan 20, 2011 8:10 pm

I just saw this on a site where I sometimes order whisky. It says that Springbank CV was 'new in 2010' and is 'a mix of 7, 10 and 14 -year-old whiskies matured in sherry, bourbon and port barrels'. 46%, un-chill filtered.

Has anybody tried this? I love Springbank 10, and at 37€ this has piqued my curiosity.

Do it.

The 2x distilled Longrow CV vs
the 2.8x distilled Springbank CV vs
the 3x distilled Hazelburn CV.

( the Longrow is by far the better IMO )
