Black & White Texas Mickey With Bottle Tipper

Hey! I have a vintage texas mickey brass bottle tipper for Black & White whiskey with the original bottle and "Black & White" label on the tipper, which makes me thing it was originally from a bar/commercial establishment. Does anyone have any rough idea on the value of this? Any insight would be greatly appreciated– I'm pretty new to the whiskey scene! Thanks so much! I got it at a yardsale, so don't really know much about the history or anything. Thank you!
