If you don't want to auction them via a live bidding or online website, you have a number of options. Your success in selling your whisky can depend on how rare or collectable that whisky is to other people. It may be you just need to find someone who would like to drink it. Approach your local whisky club if you have one as someone may be interested in buying them. If it is older or rare stock, then lots of specialist retailers would love to hear from you - may of them have links on their websites with details of how to get in touch.

For example if you are in the USA your only option I believe is an Auction house. ( Not even sure Ebay is legal). You may be able to get around it if you can find a store with a Liquor liscence to sell them on your behalf but I am not even entirely sure how that would work.
