IS THIS WHISKEY A COLLECTORS ITEM?

MY MOTHER HAS AQUIRED A BOTTLE OF WHISKEY AND WANTS TO KNOW IF IT IS WORTH ANYTHING. HERE IS SOME OF THE INFORMATION ON THE BOTTLE:

SPECIAL O RESERVE
AMERICAN MEDICINAL SPIRIT COMPANY
MADE IN THE FALL OF 1917
BOTTLED IN 1932
BOTTLED UNDER GOVERNMENT SUPERVISION ESPECIALLY FOR THE STOCKHOLDERS OF NATIONAL DISTILLERS CORP.
100 PROOF
MADE IN 5TH DISTRICT OF KENTUCKY
SEAL IS UNBROKEN WITH NUMBERS 2868865-8
ANY INFO WOULD BE HELPFUL

There are a lot of bourbon lovers on this forum who could answer the question for you, check under Whisky Tastings, it's had 3400 views so it has a lot of attention, perhaps you could repost there also. I think that bottle is something quite rare and could indeed be worth something.

I have a case of this stuff unopened from my great aunt... we opened one of the bottles and found it quite good. :D I can't find much info on the producer and haven't considered selling any of her prohibition era liquor (of which there were boxes) so I don't know about value.
