Well with you it actually makes sense... not everyone buys whisky by the baker's dozen as standard practice... ha ha. In this case baker's dozen loosely translates to 3 crates.

Must be nice to have a form.
Willie it's on the back page of the booklet.
I have not received anything in the post from the Ardbeg Committee for a long time!
I think I may need to email the Committee again.

IMO, this is what makes the effort of guys like lohssanami so impressive... its such a pain to be an Ardbeg fan in the States.
I am a little iffy on this one to be honest I think we will see a lot of these on ebay for some time to come. So the good news is that if you cant buy one now wait and there will be some of the secondary market for some time. Just don't be foolish enough to pay to much on ebay the first week of release.

I would guess that the touts hope I'm wrong so they can make more money off of this release, but I think the drinkers would be glad to see this number.
This could be a ploy to make the touts believe they don't have to order early in the morning, saving the bottles for the rest of us.
As you can guess she brought s along some Rollercoaster but didn't want it mention that we tasted it before Monday and certainly didn't want tasting notes to appear from us.
Anyway she told me personally that its 15,000 bottles release.
As for the whisky itself, hmm, it was nice, but I would rush to buy one if it was a general bottles, 10yo, Ooogy are better to me, however I think its more of a whisky that some will love (heard from a few people that they didn't like it as there was too much going on, but then some people would love that).
P.s we invited the Edin whisky blog along, prob better tasting notes than me lol, heres there article. http://www.edinburghwhiskyblog.com/2010/02/15/ardbeg-rollercoaster-review/#more-3667
On a side note, Corryvrekan is a standard bottling for a limited period (as opposed to a limited bottling) it will be released regualarly for the next few years, next release being later this month

Damn U!! I have been trying online lol, managed to get onto the shopping cart page, AND update it to 2 bottles, but then failed lol, not even logged into the site yet, fuck knows how thats going to work.
Got my two ordered via the phone at lunchtime, appreantly they are having no end of problems with the website. Theres a 15,000 bottles Im sure it will take a while for even FeisIslay to gobble up all those
Having cranked up the suspense about Rollercoaster, the buzz has been gathering pace. And at 9am, an unprecedented 25,000 Committee Members - that's half of you - simultaneously attempted to squeeze through the doors of the website.
As a result, everything has temporarily come to a standstill as we try to rectify the problem. Please hold tight. We will send you another email as soon as we're up and running again. All future orders as a result will have free postage. Well its what they should do.
No, don't dream, they don't deliver in Canada, I just have family in Edinburgh
