Isle of Jura 10 is currently on offer in Asda (about £22) Tesco (about £20) and the Co-operative (about £19)

Think I saw Superstition on offer somewhere too, will let you know if I remember

How so? I'm going to buy another bottle of whisky and I am trying to decide between Crown Royal Cask No. 16 (blend, $100) and Isle of Jura (No age, single malt, $46)

Thanks for any advice you may offer!

Some people find Jura lacking in flavour, the 10 year old is meant to have a subtle taste.
Is it Jura superstition your looking at?

OK...Thanks to both Ganga & RobJohnston for their answers.

No. Superstition isn't sold here. The SM Isle of Jura available here has no age statement.

I think I'll shell out the $100 for the CrownRoyal #16 after all.

:empty:
'tis better to bet $100 on a known winner than $46 on a dark horse.

I have had both Jura 10 and Superstition and have really enjoyed them. I think the 10 is an excellent everyday dram given that you can usually obtain it for under £20

I'd have to agree with you on the 10. :)
