In fact, I have a 2000-bottled Batch 1 VIP liter (each new-issued bottling/size starts at 'Batch 1') right here beside me, and will open it on some appropriate occasion. But, alas, you will find that very few general-market American whiskeys are 'collectible' -- as in, worth more than shelf price except after very long removal from the marketplace. They are produced in industrial-sized quantities -- the early WR batches were 8,000 bottles, I believe, and soon grew to 30,000 or so -- and thus are only sought by bourbon fans who actually want to drink it, not set it on a shelf.
As for Lincoln's signature, that's not very rare either. I've run across him enough times I don't even ask him to sign bottles anymore, and I suspect there are literally thousands of other like bourbon fans. All of the master distillers ALWAYS have a signing paint pen in their pockets.
