Just proof that there are little birdies on it. (Freshly opened bottle)
Color a wonderful yellow amber.
Nose: Sea salt, iodine, clover honey, wildflowers, heather.
Taste: Salted Caramels, Honey.
Finish: Salt water solution, brown butter.
Let me just say it works a whole lot better than it sounds.
Color: Pale Straw
Aroma: Sulfur, alcohol, hay, brown sugar.
Taste: Light but a touch oily. Almost too sweet, with a hint of heather.
Finish: Nothing special, rather standard, sweet remnants, with a touch of raisins.
Aroma: Holy hell that is a lot of mint. Mint and brown sugar muddled with perhaps a touch of spiced rum.
Taste: Minty, cleansing, and only mildly sweet.
Finish: Brown sugar, and zucchini bread, with a lot of fresh mint.
Holy hell, I think I have had mint toothpastes with less mint, but it oddly works. For 9 dollars a bottle it is incredibly drinkable.
Aroma: Wow thats alluring, black pepper, carrot cake, shitake mushrooms, and cherry cough syrup.
Taste: Cayenne and black peppers, Incredibly sweet though too, with perhaps a cherry hard candy shell ( like the kind occasionally put on icecream cones).
Finish: Powerful peppers of all sorts, with a lingering incense touch to it.
I was not very creative in choosing one, it became a Famous Grouse miniature (43% and flat 3.9 cl bottle, 80's)
Nose: Time has not been nice for this one. OBE present, background some smoke and sweetness (malt or even corn?), everything is quite thick and needs time to open.
Taste: Smooth and sweet, bit creamy with little spices.
Finish: short and soft.
Hidden underneath should be a good one, but time has spoilt it a bit, although bottle and fill was still in good condition. No rating.
