Which whiskey for IWC's return to action?

Postby IainB » Mon Aug 11, 2008 5:28 pm

Seeing as he's just more or less said he's going to have the 15yo Redbreast anyway I thought we'd help him along with a run off election / second poll / whatever corruption of democracy your having yourself sir.

Iain I plumped for option 1. As it will probably the closest to hand when IWC gets to open his cabinet. :)

Good choice. I wholeheartedly agree. Today is a good day for democracy!

That would just be greedy. You need to ease yourself back in.

I presume you're happy with the election result so far.

Only 3 votes so far. The UN is never gonna buy this. Let's bus in some voters.

We need a vote for option 2, just to level things up a bit. :)

Remove the unnecessary wording and go for option 3, as I did. I don't want a long, bureaucratic article.

I find myself unable to vote as I think he should try 15y Redbreast and that isn't an option

I voted for no. 1 as it is no nonsense and fully informs the voter. Number 1 doesn't pull any punches and will not hide from the issues!!

Ardbeg 10. (All right, it's beyond obvious, but somebody had to say it.)

Mmm No clear winner here. Maybe we need to start negotiations on a coalition - IWC will just have to drink two of them and pour in the relevant proportions.

Are we talking of a vatting of options 1,2 and 3.

Well that's it sobriety has been broken ... I sit here with glass in front of me

I went with Les' idea of a vatting of all 3

Well even though I have been off the gargle for a month now the nose is as it always was for me.

N: Sheew & sherried, light spice, nutty
T: Full & mouth filling, oilness coats the mouth
F: sweet, spicey & fruity christmas cake richness a bit more dry bitterness than I remember. Pleasent sweetness returns

Ahhhh if I believed in heaven this would be it :coffee:

The man is off the wagon

Maybe a head-to-head between all three and let us know what your favourite is. The first two are becoming harder and harder to find.
