Current Glenfarclas on the list (1.135 , 36yo , 54.7 , Nov 1970) , A very deep amber , this was the most sherried Farclas i’ve had off the society , huge Christmas cake on the nose ( Spices , dried fruits etc) . Slightly burnt Treacle Toffee and spices on the palate with a long , smooth spicy finish . A wee bit too sherried for my liking but still a cracking dram , with a wee drop of water the slight burnt taste vanished
I should have at least tasted it when I was there, too bad I didn't! And picked up a bottle, something this special and good!

Absolutely! Except the 105. There's cheaper surgical spirit on the market
When's the last time you had the 105 Mustardhead?? That 105 is so damn good and surprisingly smooth for that strength! You should really give it another try if it's been awhile, especially now, the batch is even better!
