I really rate the Ben Nevis 13yo Port finish, where the juiciness of the port and sweetness of the malt blend into perfect harmony. The finish is long and has different phases - but the malt and vanilla are not swamped by the port. I'm not really a fan of finishes, but this is one that deserves an exception.
I vote equally for them
The Ben Nevis 13yo is really an excellent whisky and very easy drinking for such a high ABV (61+%). The earlier Tullibardine ports were IMHO a bit unbalanced and were eclipsed by their other finishes, but more recently they have been much much better.
