Do I have to buy two bottles of each and get the best of both worlds?
I understand the "standard" approach is to buy three bottles. One for collecting, one for speculating and one for drinking.
If it's good stuff I think I'd end up drinking all three
All gets a bit expensive mind!
dont collect IB's - except if i couldnt find an OB bottling or one didnt exist, right now i have only one IB in my collection, a glen craig 30yo, simply because there wasnt a glen craig OB
This pretty well somes up my approach as well apart from I do have 3 from Gordon & MacPhail Private collection. Which I picked up at the food & drink show.
