I voted A'bunadh because of its versatility (water or not water ?) and all the different batches that I have fun to compare
I can find some great sherried whisky's other than a'bunadh relatively easily to have as a substitute. But the profile of the Nadurra is to me more unique, in the best possible way, and I would reach for this bottle more often. Hang on did that end up being three reasons?
I would always like to have a bottle of both of these at home. Two of the best whisky I've had.
