Hi Lawrence , don't know if you'd noticed but Robin Laing is on at the Queen Street branch that night . there are a few things going on at the SMWS around that time in association with the fringe . They are showing Whisky Galore a few times as well. Slainte Gordon
No i won't be there Lawrence , i'd have just went back to work after a fortnights holiday (which will have included a trip to Edinburgh the week-end before and a weeks holiday on Islay ) , if it had been the week before i might have went . Slainte Gordon

St Lawrence and St Nick in the same place...the mind boggles! Wish I could join you. Ron and I will be in one evening, 20, 21, or 22 October. We will be sure to look under the tables to see if Nick is still there.
Please don't drink it all guys! Save some for me! I'll be there a few weeks later and I hope to find some good things left. In fact, if you would post some favorites or things I shouldn't miss tasting, that would be nice, thanks! And have fun!
