Hell, they worked out to be cheaper per bottle than my last purchase of Yoichi 15.

If I liked Laphroaig.
And if I didn't like Ardbeg so much.
I'll swap you some Laphroaig CS for some Brora/Port Ellen
I don't be thinkin' so! There's a reason why I jumped on the bottles when I did! Nice try though!

So that's how it is, is it? Leaving me out in the cold! If you're ever in New Zealand, watch out for the chap with the "WHERE'S MY BRORA, FRODO?" t-shirt and a crowbar
Ah, well, if you come by my neck of the woods, I'd gladly open a bottle or two...
I just got an email from Joanne at Ardbeg and she said that they are out of the the young Ooggling and can only ship me half my order. I ordered 4, 2 for me and 2 for a friend. I placed the order 2 weeks ago online. I just wanted to let people know that the bottles have flown off the shelves as expected.
At least, this is my impression. If anyone can verify or refute this, particularly in reference to still shape and configuration, I'd be very interested to hear about it.
My rental car in Scotland two years ago was a VW Bora. Nice car.

It was selling for 29.99£! Ridiculously low for something so special and limited! I wonder if Ardbeg ever expected such a response? I think my 2 ordered bottles should arrive soon too. Damn I feel lucky I did order 2, since the shipping was the same. And that ebayed 93€ price is almost as much as I paid for 2 with shipping. Now I feel really lucky! Or maybe I should wait til I have them in my hands!

I tried some Clynelish at a tasting, and it wasn't really that impressive from what I can recall. It was a G&M Cask Strength 13yo, and my notes indicate a fairly ho-hum beverage. Perhaps Brora/Clynelish isn't for me?
Yesterday they mailed again to say that they will be sending me 2 bottles sometime in the next month.
Usually, in the Ardbeg online shop the postage is adjusted to the number you buy. For this one it wasn't so I await to see exactly how much they charge.
