Tips and Advices Needed

Postby LovEasyLiving » Wed Oct 12, 2016 12:07 pm

Hi, I'm Sheena and I work for a company that manufactures Stainless Steel Cubes. It is being marketed to mostly whisky enthusiasts.
The current aim is that we make these product an added attraction to souvenir and gift shops in the distilleries.

I'd like to know a few things so that I know the market better.

1. Have you guys heard of the Stainless Steel Ice cubes before and what is your reaction to the product?
2. To those who have tried it, can you please share your experience?
3. Do you think that these reusable cubes would be a great item for souvenirs and gift shops in distilleries?

Thanks very much for your help.

When I drink whisky neat, I don't like it chilled.

When I drink bourbon sour on the rocks, I like the ice to cut the sweetness as it melts.

I use them as I like my Whisky cold. I use soapstone ones too. But, for non-single malts, one ice for me please.

I do not like the large stainless steel ones but, two smaller work.

I think the whole concept of whisky cubes is laughable, that's my view in a nutshell, they are just a gimmick.
