Iain Banks celebrity Mastermind

Did anyone else see Iain Banks on the BBC Celebrity Mastermind program the other day? Specialist subject of Scotch and Scotlands Distilleries. Seemed to do quite well to start but I missed the final scores....

Matt - he won with a score of 22 (12 on whisky).
He also, on the same night, captained a team of writers to win a celebrity University Challenge. Whisky, it would appear, is good for the brain! :D

On the same note Rebus, the Ardbeg swilling Scots detective returned to the TV screen last night with a cameo role for his creator. 8)
