From Germany, Norbert Winkelmann (don't laugh) make a Frankischer Rye. From another distillery is Schwarzwalder Whisky Roggenmalz.
From Austria there is Alpin Single Malt Rye. Also Rogner Waldviertel Rye Whisky. J. Heider make several different ryes, Pure Rye Malt, Original Rye, Special Rye Malt Peated, and Special Nougat Rye Malt.
Good luck, most are hard to find anywhere but locally and just in small batches, and chances are they won't be great. I have no idea on the amount of rye used, or the proportions of malted rye.
