All are 12 years old, and bottled at 43%.
Old Puleteney ( new bottle)
Today I picked up:
Macallan 12 ( with a free sampler of the 18).
Aberlour Abunadh batch 42 60.3%
90-21 SV Mortlach cask 6073 Sherry Butt 52.8% ( If I am reading the date right its really 9 days from being 22 years old) Binnys Beverage Depot.
And Just to spite Donald Trump: Glenfiddich 12 with a nosing glass and "whisky notebook."

I'd like to see a review of this. I'm thinking that we need to revive the Trader Joe's thread and start a Kirkland thread to keep track of the hits and misses.
Oh as it fit in sort of with the December tasting thread, I posted notes there. I should have cross linked them.

Any chance of a tasting note?
OK... let me do my best here :
NOSE: SMOKY - DRIED FRUITS, RAISINS, DARK CHOCOLATE MAYBE
PALATE: VERY PEATY , VERY CREAMY - OILY , AND GETS SWEET
FINISH: VERY VERY LONG AND SWEET!
It's nice to come across such reasonably priced gems, especially given the industry trend toward more expensive offerings these days.
Yamazaki Sherry Cask for Isetan 15YO 61%
Ichiro's Malt 6 of Hearts 1991-2012 Hogshead/Puncheon #405 57.9%
Ichiro's Malt 7 of Spades 1990-2012 Hogshead/Cognac #525 53.8%
The Yoichi opened the other 3 to stash.

It's the 1972 with ABV of 58.64%.
Indeed, Ganga, let me know the time and place and I will be there!
I may have to have a sample or three this long weekend. ("Bank holi" for those in the UK)
