Had a Talisker 18 and wine with this.
Yesterday I made a minced beef stew based on the above marinade, just added some chopped onions, golden chantarelles, garlic, game stock, cream and greeen pepper corns. To this I had a Glenfarclas 105 and a beer.
The left overs are now in the fridge in a brine with liquid smoke, bay leaf and junipers.
