What's your latest bottle kill?

Postby Swedish Chef » Mon Jan 25, 2010 4:38 pm

We have the "What's your latest bottle opened?" thread, so I thought we'd have this one as well.

Latest bottle kill for me was Highland Park 18.

I can't remember one CS, but there probably is and I'm sure it turns out I posted in it too.

My last emptied bottle was a Laphroaig QC. But that's already a while ago.

Killed off a Laphroaig 10yo. Fortunately there was another unopened bottle to hand.

Last three kills:

Caol Ila 12yo
Highland Park 12yo
Glendronach 15yo

All great whiskies, that Glendronach in particular was, surprisingly, very good. Haven't seen any one else post anything on it, but it's a whisky I would recommend.

Nikka De Ta Blend.

A bit of a sulphurous mess that had to be killed off as a mixer.
