I bailed my self out by snaring a bottle from those helpful chaps at the Whisky exchange.
Whilst at it I thought why not buy a bottle of Four Roses small batch
Been meaning to try it for a while
Happy amber in colour with a very flashy sweet nose that is held in check by a streak of charcoal
More sweetness and some good poke to the palate it's less sweet than the nose would suggest with some more complex smokey notes that suprised me
and it's very long.
Great value for money
so still no chapter 6 from St George to drink
please tell me it's nasty
