Ardbeg Corryvreckan Committee Reserve - Whisky auction??

Postby hearts151 » Tue Nov 10, 2009 12:08 am

Was looking at whats the going value for corryvreckan and noticed that in the last three auctions theres been 6 in each with the value going own and down (obviously as it gets flooded)
But what i'm wondering is if anyone knows anything about this? Its just it look a bit dodgy with so many being sold so quickly by what i assume is one person?

Dear Hearts

Are you asking about the website whiskyauction.com?

If so .. They are 100% brilliant on the dealings I have had over the last year.

If not .. Then please expand.

In terms of the Ardbeg Committee Corry. Keep it! Unless you need the pennies.

Well, Ardbeg claimed on their website that it was one per person but you could actually order as much as you liked and Ardbeg was happy to deliever them all.
They changed that policy with the Supernova however.

Na its was more what people thought about the authenticity of the bottles. Just because theres been so many sold in such a short space of time. Considering bidding!
