Hmm, 1st of april, and the issue released 7th of march isnt here yet :\ (and it aint a joke Image)

I recons omething must have gone wrong, since Erik received his issue last saturday...

Hmm, I tried emailing WM, but emails are bouncing or left unanswered...

colin@whiskymag.com bounces back with the message that this adress does not excist.

Any WM representatives who could help me with this who monitor this forum? :\

Marcin sent a kind reply to me yesterday. He said he is still looking in the shipping issues.

He sent a replacement copy to me, I havent yet received my 7th march issue... Its been almosta month, so the shipping problem is still there I guess.

I guess Marcin will find the problem and be able to solve it for us all Image

I haven't got No. 30 either but sure glad that I'm not alone. I talked to the office yesterday and they promised to send a replacement. You should do the same.

Hi there,

We have two issues here:

1. Non-receipt of copies. This happens to a very, very small proportion of our subscribers. Jeroen is one of these. We use the same method and principles for each subscriber. I have no idea why sometimes Jereon does not receive a copy and sometimes he does. The important aspect is how we react to it. When he tells me he hasn't got his copy when I know other subscribers in the same territory have, I send him a replacement. Obviously, this is not good for me either as it costs me two copies and despatch twice too. I am looking into it.

2. Overseas distribution times. We use similar methodology to the majority of consumer periodical publishers. It takes time because we are a specialist magazine (unlike, say, Newsweek) and do not, therefore, have the ecomony of scale to be able to afford delivery within four days. We do offer an Express service for those subscribers desperate for thier copies.

Having said that, I assure you that I am reviewing the entire distribution system and hope to improve the service.

Dear Marcin,

Everytime i get my copy it is via a company here in Holland in Niew Vennep.If i get it it is at least 4 to 5 weeks overdue. I have been sent 5 replacements last year . Everytime you send out the replacement it's here in about 3 days ,so it can be done by normal post.
Why not sent directly via post to us?

Yep Marcin, I agree with Dennis. I believe it is Comprador in Nieuw Vennep, who's taking care of thins, however the last 2 Issues, it had a mark on it from Brussels Airport, a bit confusing isn't it??
Why not send it directly to us? Or is there to much work involved with??
