Suitably inspired, tonight I am going to enjoy my salmon fillets with a lemon and parsley source and new tatties with a Glenlivet 18-year-old. I think anything else would be a tad heavy for what is quite a light meal. I also thnk it might be wise to enjoy it long.
Can't wait - I'm off to the kitchen to get cooking! Mind you, what shall I have as an aperitif?.
