What to do with this Iain Henderson Laphroaig Memorabilia

Hi guys I appreciate I haven't been around the forum for a while, sorry, a combination of a new job that means I seem to work every hour, and the wife (she's set up her own business and that needs my support instead of whisky). I still collect, but not so much drinking, as it seems to go down a litt...

Re: Very Rare nearly 40 years old whisky (Photos)

Wow ..
Not seen one of these before!

Difficult to value but it's a blend and not a well known one at that.

I would guess, and don't be offended by this, but it can't be much more than 50 quid.

It's not collectable ... If anyone disagrees .. Shout up

Hello! It depends if you want a value to INSURANCE or you are wanting to SELL. There is a man in Ulster, Ireland trying to sell a case if Jamesons from the 1950's. The age won't make much difference. He is trying to sell it for around 4000USD ( he's selling it in Pound sterling but I converted it on...

If you want a rough idea of value because you are going to keep them - then can I suggest you post pictures in the the forum using a hosting site such as photobucket?

If you want to sell them, I would send them to Butterfields / Bonhams in LA to sell.

Re: Midleton Very Rare 1984 & others

Happy to help. The first question is ... Are you planning to sell most/all the bottles or keep them? If you are keeping them ... Kep th upright and out of sun light. If you are selling ... Then I need to know where in the world you live? The location will determine what advice I can give. Christopher

Sir ... As one of the photos is of the auction catalogue of a lot description and you say you have them already .. Then dare I say they are worth what you paid for them ;-)

Joking aside.. These don't look pre 1956.

Can we have a close up shot of the bottle?
