the older bottlings of Ardbeg 10 (L2 in particular) I find dangerously moreish! and when I have one open generally it doesnt last long

Not sure if this is across the board but I've just been in Dalston (London) Sainsburys and they had some Talisker DE 1992 for £27.99 (same price as Talisker 10!) may have been a mistake or just some old stock for clearence....I've left 2 (out of 4 ) on the shelf for my fellow forumites but there may...

I think the allowance is 1 litre of spirits per person travelling from the US into the UK. I'd be happy if I've got that wrong and it's more, so feel free to correct me. That is correct! You may be able to bring more AND declare it you may then have to pay duty etc...... but this would only be wort...
