our local (Zetland Wines, Northallerton) does excellent whisky deals - usually as cheap, if not cheaper than tescos

for example, Highland Park £18.99 last month

Vodka, there is a large range of interesting ones to try, favourite at this moment is Bison

Gin, is also good - Juniper Green being one of my favourites

Rum is also very good - a nice dark one is usually really appreciated

Wow! Need to re-visit Jura for sure. It would have normally been in the back of my cupboard. I still have a half bottle of Jura I was given as a thank you present at the back of the cupboard only ever used for hot toddies when I havea cold - has to be one of the worst whiskies that I have ever trie...
